We offer referring providers ease of access 24/7 to refer patients to any level of care or specialty program within our network of affiliated providers.

Our network of behavioral health services across the state offers inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services for children, teens, adults and seniors, with specialized programs for substance abuse treatment, geriatric care and veterans. As patients receive treatment, they can access all levels of care across our system’s behavioral health facilities.

Currently under construction, Southridge Behavioral Hospital will incorporate modern, innovative and evidence-based care focused on individual needs, comfort and safety. The new facility, to be located near the Trinity Health Medical Center in Byron Center, will accommodate up to 96 adult and geriatric beds when it opens in 2025. The hospital will employ approximately 170 full-time and part-time employees including physicians, nurses, therapists, mental health technicians, administration, dietary and housekeeping personnel.
